Automatically Collected Information

We use an AI-assisted assistant to support customer communication (e.g. for initial contact by email, SMS, or WhatsApp). Messages sent via this assistant are labeled accordingly. The assistant processes personal data (name, contact details, communication content) solely to carry out the contact on behalf of Mirco Lieber / ML Music School.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer communication). Processing takes place exclusively within the EU. No automated decision-making takes place. Contact & Booking Requests

If you contact us via the contact form or book a trial lesson, we process your name, email address, and message to handle your inquiry and arrange an appointment.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract performance) Retention period: 3 years from the last contact; 7 years in the case of a contractual relationship (statutory retention obligation)

Note Regarding Minors

Our lessons (piano and accordion) are aimed at both adults and children/teenagers. For students under the age of 16, registration is only permitted by a parent or other person with parental responsibility; by making the booking, that person consents on the child's behalf to the processing of the data required for this purpose (name, contact details, lesson appointments). Should we discover that a child under 16 has submitted personal data without the consent of a parent/guardian, we will delete that data immediately. Online Lessons via Zoom

Lessons are conducted via video conference using Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (USA). This may involve the processing of name, email address, and audio/video data. Zoom is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Email Communication & CRM

Your contact details (name, email address) are stored in our CRM system (Music Teacher Pros / GoHighLevel) in order to communicate with you about your lessons and, where relevant, to send you information about our offerings.

Unsubscribe: At any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing [email protected] Retention period: Until withdrawal of consent; inactive contacts are deleted after 3 years.
